    Kentucky is my wife’s home. She wants to be close to family again. I’m actually from Northeast Arkansas, about 80 miles from Memphis.

You will not need an A&P to work a military contract as a civilian, and the pay will be much better than what you would get starting out somewhere else. Also, Louisville is the main base for UPS, so get on their site. I will post more or PM you when I get home, I have more info there.
